TASTY TUESDAY

Oven Baked Chicken Parmesan

4-6 boneless chicken breast
1 egg, lightly beaten
3/4 cup italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
1 jar of favorite pasta sauce
1 cup shredded mozarella cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Dip chicken in egg, then coat well with bread crumbs on both sides. Spray a glass dish with cooking spray. Arrange chicken in dish and bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Pour pasta sauce over chicken, then top with cheese. Bake an additional 10-15 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve over spaghetti pasta with a side dish of mixed garden veggies and bread sticks! You'll think you're at Olive Garden!!
