TASTY TUESDAY

Sweet and Sour Meatballs

3 lbs frozen meatballs (I like to use the italian seasoned, but there is the regular style too)

1 jar (9-10 oz) sweet and sour sauce

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1/4 cup packed brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 medium red bell pepper, cubed

1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks, drained

White rice



Combine all indredients EXCEPT PINEAPPLE in a slow cooker and stir gently. Cook on low for 6 hours or so, longer if needed. About an hour before serving, drain pineapple and dump into slow cooker. Stir gently. Serve over white rice with a side salad and oriental dressing. Makes good leftovers too. Enjoy!
